Chilled samples need a plan for restocking and storage during the show. Check the host country’s inspection and labelling rules for imported food before you ship.
Ask the organiser which buyer groups the fair is aimed at, and prepare information on origin, ingredients and certificates for them. For talks in German or English, an interpreter with food-industry vocabulary reduces misunderstandings. Tastings count as stand catering and must follow the organiser’s rules for ProSweets Cologne 2026.
