Timing
Venue rules on catering access and bringing in food are published in the exhibitor manual. Check them before you submit. This page gives no fixed lead time in weeks.
Official channels and restrictions
At some venues in-hall catering is run exclusively by the venue's catering department. At RAI Amsterdam, for example, in-hall catering is provided by the in-house department and outside caterers may not be allowed to serve in the halls. Check the official exhibitor services page of the edition.
How the introduction works
Submit a request
Sign in and describe the exhibition, dates and services you need. One account can hold both the exhibitor and the service provider role.
Manual review
We check the request and contact you if anything is missing. Published requests carry no contact details.
Personal introduction
We contact approved service providers who expressed interest and introduce both sides. Scope, quote and contract are agreed directly between you.
Contact details remain private. Service providers see only the request content published after review.
About fees
Quotes come from the service provider and depend on scope, venue and dates. The platform gives no indicative prices and is currently in a free testing phase. How professional service quotes work
Frequently asked questions
Can an outside caterer enter the hall?
Rules differ per venue. Some allow only the official caterer; others allow outside food for a fee. The provider checks this before quoting.
Can you provide Chinese food?
State your preferences in the request. The provider answers according to what it can deliver.
Who orders equipment and power?
Power and water are ordered from the organiser. The caterer tells you the specification you need.
