Before you exhibit at FRUIT LOGISTICA 2027

If you plan tastings or cooking on the stand, ask the organiser and the venue how to order refrigeration power, water and drainage, and which hygiene rules apply, before the design is fixed. Chilled samples need a plan for restocking and storage during the show. Check the host country’s inspection and labelling rules for imported food before you ship.
Ask the organiser which buyer groups the fair is aimed at, and prepare information on origin, ingredients and certificates for them. For talks in German or English, an interpreter with food-industry vocabulary reduces misunderstandings. Tastings count as stand catering and must follow the organiser’s rules for FRUIT LOGISTICA 2027.
