General notes for the Connectivity sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
Live demonstrations depend on a stable network and power. Ask the venue early how to order wired internet, a dedicated Wi-Fi network and electricity for your stand, so the demo does not fail during move-in. Devices are often small but numerous and valuable: ship them with an itemised list and arrange secure storage on site.
Read the organiser’s visitor profile before you decide how much of the stand goes to technical demos and how much to sales talks. If your meetings run in Spanish or English, an interpreter who knows telecom vocabulary keeps the demo moving. Stand staff should be able to run the demo and answer basic technical questions. The organiser’s exhibitor manual for MWC Barcelona 2027 sets the binding rules.
