Solar modules, inverters, storage cabinets and wind components are often large and heavy. Check the venue’s floor-loading and electrical rules first, then decide whether to ship the real product or show it with models and screens. If you bring batteries, plan the dangerous-goods declaration and the return shipment from the start.
Ask the organiser which visitor groups the fair targets, and prepare datasheets and certificates for them. Have those documents translated with care; for meetings in Spanish or English, an interpreter who knows energy terminology helps. Stand staff should be able to explain where the product fits in a project. Plan catering around your meeting schedule. The organiser’s published rules for GENERA 2026 take precedence.
