Check the venue’s floor-loading and electrical rules first, then decide whether to ship the real product or show it with models and screens. If you bring batteries, plan the dangerous-goods declaration and the return shipment from the start.

Have those documents translated with care; for meetings in German or English, an interpreter who knows energy terminology helps.
