If you plan to show machinery, working samples or large components, ask the venue for its rules on floor loading, power supply and compressed air before you choose between a custom stand and a rented system stand. Heavy exhibits need a slot in the move-in schedule, customs paperwork and a plan for unloading on site.
Agree the meeting language when you book appointments. The local language is Italian; if you expect technical talks in Italian or English, book an interpreter who knows the vocabulary of your products.
