Exhibits can range from bicycles and components to complete vehicles and boats. Check aisle widths, floor loading and vehicle access before the stand design is final; vehicles and oversized exhibits often need their own move-in slot and application. Prepare transport documents per exhibit type and declare liquids and batteries separately.
Ask the organiser which trade visitors it expects, then prepare specifications, certification and after-sales terms for those talks. If negotiations will run in Italian or English, book an interpreter who knows vehicle and transport vocabulary.
