Before you exhibit at EICMA 2026

Exhibits can range from bicycles and components to complete vehicles and boats. Check aisle widths, floor loading and vehicle access before the stand design is final; vehicles and oversized exhibits often need their own move-in slot and application. Prepare transport documents per exhibit type and declare liquids and batteries separately.
Ask the organiser which trade visitors it expects, then prepare specifications, certification and after-sales terms for those talks. If negotiations will run in Italian or English, book an interpreter who knows vehicle and transport vocabulary. Stand staff should be able to explain configurations and arrange test rides where the organiser allows them. The exhibitor manual for EICMA 2026 is the binding reference.
