Before you exhibit at PSI 2026
General notes for the Consumer goods sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
A busy consumer-goods stand has to balance brand presentation with sample display, storage and visitor flow. Organisers often set rules on open sides and stand height, so check the design before production. Ship samples with a carton-level packing list and plan restocking during the show.
Have prices, ranges and minimum orders ready in case buyers want to discuss terms on the stand. If those talks run in German or English, an interpreter familiar with retail vocabulary saves time. Stand staff should know the product line and record lead details; scale catering to the traffic you expect. The organiser’s exhibitor rules for PSI 2026 are binding.
