Before you exhibit at interzum forum italy 2026
General notes for the Design sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
At design and interiors fairs the stand is part of the presentation, so decide on materials, lighting and display first. Leave time to check a custom build against the organiser’s rules on stand height, rigging and floor finishes. Furniture, textiles and lighting samples need protective packaging, and you should decide early whether they travel back.
Have collection details, lead times and minimum order quantities ready in case buyers ask on the stand. For conversations in Italian or English, choose an interpreter who is comfortable with design and material terms. Stand hosts should know the collection; catering can give visitors a reason to stay. Follow the organiser’s exhibitor rules for interzum forum italy 2026.
