Before you exhibit at Global Industrie 2027
General notes for the Industry sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
If you plan to show machinery, working samples or large components, ask the venue for its rules on floor loading, power supply and compressed air before you choose between a custom stand and a rented system stand. Heavy exhibits need a slot in the move-in schedule, customs paperwork and a plan for unloading on site.
Agree the meeting language when you book appointments. The local language is French; if you expect technical talks in French or English, book an interpreter who knows the vocabulary of your products. Brief stand staff on the specifications and keep stand catering simple. For Global Industrie 2027, the organiser’s exhibitor manual is the binding reference.
Official organiser channels
Official exhibitor services are provided by the organiser or the venue, not by EuroExpo Desk service providers. Some services, such as venue catering or rigging points, may only be available from the official contractor.
