Before you exhibit at gamescom 2026
General notes for the Media & audiovisual sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
Screens, audio and lighting rigs need power, network and rigging points. Apply to the venue early for power capacity and hanging points, and confirm the sound-level limits. Ship valuable equipment with serial numbers on the packing list and arrange secure storage on site.
Ask the organiser which visitor groups it expects, so your demo answers their questions. For explanations in German or English, an interpreter who knows AV vocabulary keeps the details accurate. Stand staff should be able to operate the setup and explain use cases. The organiser’s exhibitor manual for gamescom 2026 is the binding reference.
Official organiser channels
Official exhibitor services are provided by the organiser or the venue, not by EuroExpo Desk service providers. Some services, such as venue catering or rigging points, may only be available from the official contractor.
