Before you exhibit at FIBO 2026
General notes for the Health sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
Before you finalise the build, ask the organiser whether your device needs CE marking or national registration, and whether you may demonstrate it on the stand. Precision equipment needs shock-protected packaging and an itemised shipping list; arrange temporary-import paperwork and insurance in advance.
Prepare clear answers on registration status, indications and service terms. If your meetings run in German or English, use an interpreter who knows medical terminology. Stand staff should be able to answer questions on registration and after-sales support; keep catering simple and tied to scheduled meetings. The exhibitor manual for FIBO 2026 is the binding reference.
