At design and interiors fairs the stand is part of the presentation, so decide on materials, lighting and display first. Leave time to check a custom build against the organiser’s rules on stand height, rigging and floor finishes. Furniture, textiles and lighting samples need protective packaging, and you should decide early whether they travel back.
Have collection details, lead times and minimum order quantities ready in case buyers ask on the stand.
